Pagelaran musik Rock dengan tajuk “Jayapura Rocktober 2023” yang akan berlangsung pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2023 di Ex. Terminal PTC Entrop, Kota Jayapura, adalah bukti nyata semangat komunitas musik “Classic Rock Jayapura” yang dipimpin oleh Adhy Ardipura dalam memperkuat ekosistem musik dan menjalin tali persaudaraan di antara band-band Rock di Jayapura.
Dengan diikuti oleh 15 grup band musisi, seperti THE BEST BAND,ARDIPURA BAND,OZONE,DOP’S FT EPO D’VENOMENO,VENUS,DW BAND,MAX BAND,D’BOSS BAND,SEPULUH BAND,THE END,REST AREA BAND,ALPAX,ASTECA,DUFBLUESSUKAN DAN VALHALLA, event ini diharapkan bukan hanya menjadi ajang hiburan bagi pecinta musik Classic Rock, tetapi juga sebuah magnet bagi para pecinta musik Rock yang ingin merasakan semangat sumpah pemuda ke-95. Sekretaris Komunitas Musik “Classic Rock Jayapura,” Welem N Waimiri, menjelaskan bahwa Jayapura Rocktober adalah sebuah kegiatan tahunan yang kali ini dihelat di lapangan Ex. Terminal Entrop Jayapura.
Jayapura Rocktober 2023 tidak hanya menjadi pertemuan para musisi kota Jayapura, tetapi juga membuka pintu bagi masyarakat umum untuk turut meramaikan pagelaran musik tahunan ini tanpa dipungut biaya. Event ini bukan sekadar konser, tetapi juga sebuah penghormatan terhadap sejarah dan semangat pemuda, yang mampu mengguncang jiwa para pengunjung dalam sebuah harmoni musikal yang menggetarkan.
